  03260001[1].jpg - In order to keep the lower nut from moving you can use a low grade loctite (purple) to keep it in place. Also, after the assembly has been completed, all you have to do is use a screwdriver to slightly back the pivot screw out 1/8 turn and the assembly frees up. I keept the up / down movement to about 1/32".
